"This hotel was incredible. The room was a comfortable size, beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were so comfy. They decorated it in rose petals and balloons for my birthday as a driving surprise ( after my partner asked them) The outside of the building was so intricately decorated in carved sandstone. The doors to the rooms are light which means it’s very noisy in the rooms until late night. "Expedia site does not mention that the property has no car access. You have to take a tuk tuk from a few miles away (from the car parking area). This is false advertising.
Most of the staff were wonderful. I wanted to pay in cash (since I'd exchanged a bunch of foreign exchange), but they charged my credit card without my permission.
With proper policies and accurate description, customers will be a bit happier with the property."
