"Perfect location. Wayyyyy overpriced for Carnivale, but it is, what it is. The sheets were clean, and the pool area has a good vibe. It’s usually a very cheap hotel, and for its usual $50 per night charge, you would accept it. However, for the $600 during carnival however, it’s a hard pill to swallow. "

"Facility is big but nicely laid out, clean room and great staff. Swimming pool water temperature got very high, they really should invest in water cooling system because the beach is not that great with rocky bottom."

"There was little to no cleaning of the room from staff, the power went out with no way for us to get into our room and the night staff member didnt have our keycard eventhough we left it with the day staff. Eventhough he did a good job managing things, he was on his own dealing with the majority. The food was okay and when the power did come back we did get to use the service lift. Our bathroom had mould in ir and the shower head had a lot of limescale and dirt."

"Air conditioner was horrible, there was an awful sewage smell in one of the rooms. I tried to notify it at the lobby but no one even intended to greet us or ask if we needed anything so we left. Very unhelpful staff. Extreme heat even in the hallways and elevator. Only one disabled parking spot in one of the parking garage floors. There was always someone parked in the disabled space without a permit, and nothing was done to verify this or correct it. "

The facilities are outdated and in serious need of renovation. The rooms and common areas look worn down and poorly maintained, nothing like the photos shown online. The overall condition of the property does not reflect a 4-star standard in any way. For the very high price we paid, we expected comfort, quality, and a well-maintained environment — instead, we were extremely disappointed. The value for money is simply not there. This hotel is significantly overpriced for what it offers. A 4-star rating suggests a certain level of quality, service, and upkeep, and unfortunately, this property does not deliver that experience. The only positive part of our stay was the housekeeping service. The maid did a good job keeping our room clean and making the bed, and we truly appreciated her effort. However, that was the only highlight. Overall, this was not a 4-star experience, and I would not recommend it at the price they charge. Travelers should carefully manage their expectations before booking."
