"I can't belive how well rated this place was, I must have a different definition of "clean" because massive stains on the carpet, dirt on the doors etc don't fall under mine. The place was run down, banged up furniture and duct-taped up blinds. I asked for a room change and was told no. Not a good option for single travellers either. There really isn't a restaurant, other than the breakfast. The included breakfast was good but not worth the overall poor stay. I'm shocked how terrible it was, especially for the price (one of the highest in the area) "

"Great location on the beach. Parking for a few. It was wonderful to have the espresso/lattes machine at your disposal. Close to everything, downtown, Fort Clinch, Amelia Islabd shopping. "

"Clean room & bathroom. (room 1607) Shower head needs to be replaced with a 2026 version that actually provides good water pressure and a wide spray. The current shower head is a joke - no pressure, tiny spray area. Entry door to our room had a big gap at bottom allowing noise and hall light into room - we had to put a bath towel across threshold. We did not appreciate and we dispute the PARKING charge because half of the hotel’s parking lot was EMPTY all weekend! Also this parking charge was not disclosed during our online booking."

"The front desk clerk at check in was amazing! She went above and beyond. I believe her name was Tabitha. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful!"

"The breakfast menu was great! The hot tub was only warm… The restaurant had an amazing burger and the drinks were delicious☀️ Caroline in the bar was excellent!! Ann from Jamaica was also top notch customer service as was Erik who checked us in and out- always happy and ready to accommodate! Thanks for a wonderful week. Think about a smoking area… that would be best, an alternative to fines and welcoming🤩"

"No one at the check-in desk for 10 minutes when I arrived. I could hear them Laughing in the back. Provided no water in the room or at breakfast. Free breakfast was low quality foods. "

"Definitely outdated! For this to be a Hilton property and the location that it’s in, I was expecting better. The room I was in wasn’t the best. The bathroom was small, there was no refrigerator and the walls were thin. I was very disappointed. "
