Only coffee and juice were offered complimentary at breakfast. Our room’s blinds were broken. We had zero natural light. Our tub did not drain, ankle deep in soap water within minutes. Bottled water in the room cost $3 unless a certain Hilton member level. Discussed blind and shower concern with staff, requested a call from management which I didn’t receive. Will return to Hampton Inn (one parking lot over) next time. Big difference within same Hilton brand.

Greeted with the southern hospitality I’m accustomed to. Tori made check-in easy and the lobby area has a restaurant that services all three meals. Everything was clean from halls to bathrooms. Tori and Brandy at the front desk are excellent at their job!
