Many who stay here are Mayo Clinic patients. My wife is. The place is quiet, mature, modern and reinforces the fact you made the right choice by staying here. Sharon and William and the other staff were helpful beyond description. (My wife fell in our room and William deadlifted her back to her feet.) Breakfast is sensational: 5 juices, 3 kinds of bagels, tea service, waffle irons, hot oatmeal, Denver omelettes, sausage and breakfast potatoes. I recommend the banana muffins. Coffee in the lobby around the clock. This Hampton is surrounded by restaurants, with Publix and Wynn Dixie right across the street. Costco is 10 min. away. We'll be back next week and more, whatever the medical adventure requires. With so much on your mind, this Hampton provides you peace.

The staff was so kind, but the rooms were worn and filthy. The bathroom has hair all over it and the bed smelled of mold to the point that the extra blanket I brought had to be washed right away it was so strong. The sofa was dingy and there was sticky spilled yuck on the desk. The staff however, was really really awesome. I don't know if management just doesn't put enough money into the property or what, but there seems to be a huge disconnect between the facility and the staff. I don't think I would go back or recommended it based on the room being so dank... but the building was quiet, the ac was the right temp and the towels were clean and plentiful.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was quiet, clean, and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The only issue I experienced was with a few of the media apps, but it was nothing major overall.

Everything was great and the staff was amazing gold 5 stars all around the only issue I had was that after coming back from going out trying to get into my room my key cards kept locking me out and I had to go down to the front desk and have them reactivate them the staff were super friendly and helpful and got it working everytime though

I arrived late to the hotel, the room had a very strong smell and was highly humid, did not complain at the front desk due to the time and I was exhausted from traveling, also only had a few hours to sleep. Service at check-in was excellent. and the room looked clean. I don’t know why, so just strong smell and humidity.
