"Loved my little cottage! When I finally got into it everything was great. There are a few tweaks I would add—bigger coffee cups as the coffee maker over brews the ones provided….the creamers had gone bad (the non-flavored ones) and there are no spoons provided. It needs a bath mat or towel for the floor for after showering or bathing in the tub and a heavier duvet and extra throw blanket for the couch would be nice as the nights are a little chilly and if you are traveling solo it’s nice to...

"It's right on I-5, but it's kind of odd to get to, and back on the freeway, so thank God for navigation. When it's busy, you may have a hard time parking near the doors to your area. Other than Elmer's, next door (which is great!), or Fred Meyer, around the corner, there is nothing close. No convenience stores, food, or much of anything else. The place is secure and pretty quiet, with indoor room access only. Rooms have all the amenities and free wifi. It's a bit pricey for the area, but not outrageous."

"The individual at the front desk was unpleasant and unhelpful to my wife on the morning of check out, and when I went down to fetch the items, she was in the same mood. Later in the morning at check out, her day had apparently not gotten any better with the progression of guests. On the high side, I enjoyed the use of the pool/hot tub area, but it did not appear to be cleaned overnight. I used the gym/work out space (they were quite strict about the time to go in), but again the place was not particularly clean, with cups and towels around, when I was the very first individual present in the morning. The breakfast helper was pleasant, and the food reasonably palatable. For novelty sake I tried the pancake making machine, perhaps version 2.0 will be more effective at actually completely cooking the pancakes. The vista was beautiful, and the setting sun against the mountains and trees while relaxing in the hot tub was almost Elizabethan magic (especially after A Midsummer's Night Dream)."

"We have stayed at 9 hotels in the past few weeks, this hotel exceeded expectations in how clean, comfortable and most of all how accommodating and welcoming the staff was. They went out of their way to help us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this for anyone staying."
