"Staff are very nice, kind, and welcoming. Room cleanliness and quality should be better they told us that this place will be upgraded. We had 2 issues in the beginning but the very helpful staff solved them for us. Our room reservation was sea view but the sea view is not a sea view in reality. First we had a room that was next to the theater which was extremely noisy and we didn’t see the sea at all. Then they changed the room to a beach front which made a huge difference. Second, one of the main reasons that encouraged me to book this hotel the heated pool but first, I was very disappointed because the pool was cold and I asked all the people around me and they all agreed that it was cold. When I complained the staff guide me to another pool that belongs to the same hotel but another building and that was very beautiful and heated. Then, finally we started enjoying our time and everything was excellent. One last thing, I wish if we were guided from the first day of all the facilities that are available in this place, for example we found out on our last night that they have 5 different restaurants not only the main one. I love this place and I recommend it."

"The service was great. The people were nice despite language challenges. It’s insane how they work round the clock with a smile. The bathrooms could have been more updated, with occasional challenges for hot showers. Food was good, and weather was amazing. Kids loved the aqua park which was our main reason for choosing this resort. "

It was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality. The host,Ahmed the owner, and site manager went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. They helped us plan our visits to the local tourist sites and even connected us with trusted local guides, which made everything so much smoother. On top of that, they took the time to get to know us, and we had the pleasure of sharing dinner with them on our last night. They were friendly, gracious, and personal—welcoming us not just as guests, but as friends. I would absolutely come back and stay here again. Grateful for the memories and the new friendships made!"
