"Not what we expected from photos and the price we paid. Hotel address on expedia not correct and the driver had to circle around for half an hour. The check in process was not smooth. we had to leave our luggage outside with the bell boy as were told to collect after check in. Reception was not courteous. I suspect they gave us lower quality rooms and when asked to show the premium sea front rooms which we paid for, they couldn’t comply. We were given only one key card for each room as they didn’t have enough cards. Electric kettle in one room not working. Air conditioner was loud and ineffective in the other room. Agents of different services roaming around the hotel trying to sell the services and bothering the guests. staff eager and quick to demand bakhshish even from my children. We paid for all inclusive stay but were not able to book even one single meal in the restaurants as were told they were all booked. The indoor swimming pool was closed for maintenance.
