"We stayed for just a short night after a long day at the airport and a cancelled flight. We arrived quite late and the lady at the check in counter was exceptionally nice and accommodating. They have a nice variety of snacks and toiletries at the front desk which was nice since our bags were missing. The breakfast the next morning was was good "

"Always a great experience, been staying at this hotel at least once a year since it opened in 2020. It's clean, good price, and a friendly staff. This trip we stayed here to go to a concert in charlotte, was a 20 minute trip to the coliseum in charlotte. "
