Staff was excellent and went out of their way to ensure communication with Expedia when my room type wasn’t available. The common areas and room were very clean. The fridge cabinet was lopsided and the first floor room had a slight musty smell, but linens/floor/bath were very well cleaned. Great bath towels too! Good location near the hospital and walking trails.

The front desk clerks are superb. The selection of breakfast food was decent. Variety of fruits offered is a plus. The cleaning crew need to be more mindful. The cleaner assigned to our room only took the dirty towels but forgot to make the bed, clear out the trash and vacuum.

We stayed here for the NASCAR Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway, and this hotel was an excellent choice. The location was super convenient,just a smooth 28-30 minute drive to the track. The hotel itself is very nice and well-maintained. Every morning they served a fantastic hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, potatoes, bagels, waffles, plus juice, milk, and coffee. It was a great way to start the day. The staff was outstanding from check-in to check-out, friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. For the quality of the hotel and all the amenities, the price was an absolute steal. We also loved that the hotel is surrounded by tons of restaurants, shopping, and other conveniences.
