"I’m sure not everyone will have a bad experience at The Waterside Inn, but we did. Water leak in the bathroom that almost caused my nephew to slip and crack his head, non-stop ear shattering construction above our room that featured a musty smell, amenities and outlets that didn’t work, a sliding door with no screen to keep out the swarm of bugs, and doors that didn’t lock, in addition to some staff that seemed to be having a bad day, that was our experience. You may have better luck though, unless you require room service, they have none."

"Breakfast was repetitive staff was not helpful no towels in the room 1 day the room was not clean they were doing some drilling work 6:30 in the morning we were sleeping rite outside the room towel and cleaning was always an issue after tiring day we had to go to reception for towel pickup they were short on staff y would u take booking if not enough staff"

"My experience with this apartment management was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I had been trying to contact them through emails and messages for a long time with little to no response. Eventually, someone named Matt Jones answered my phone call around 7 AM, and after I asked for his information, he sent me his name and contact details through WhatsApp. Unfortunately, his behavior and communication were very disrespectful. Instead of trying to help, he spoke in a sarcastic and dismissive manner, almost as if tenants are expected to accept poor treatment without support. No real assistance or effort was ever provided to resolve my concerns. Professionalism, communication, and customer service were completely lacking. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting respectful treatment or proper management support."

"The room was very clean the bed was very comfortable and nicely made up, parking was easy. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and greeted with a smile and recommendation. I was very pleased with my stay and will stay there again. Thank you for your service. "
