"Overall excellent experience. Plan your trips for transportation well in advance as taxis take along time if available. Book night before or coordinate travel with hotel shuttle. Property clean but if you look at detail it needs some refurbishment in certain areas like landscaping pressure cleaning and some aging areas need upgrading. Not really a CON per se but something the hotel can do to keep 4 star + ratings"

"It has a quality 4-star feel. We did the 40-minute private onsen and had one in our room. The buffet, including all you can drink, had a good variety of Japanese and Western options.
