"We really enjoyed staying here. The personnel were very helpful and the place was quiet and peaceful. The room was a spacious, 4-room/section place in a 120-year old cottage style, with modernized bathroom, nicely made in traditional onsen style. Better signage for the breakfast location would have been helpful. "

"大浴場が利用中止、トイレの便座が死ぬ ほど冷たい、部屋の灯りがめちゃくちゃ暗い、禁煙ルームのはずなのにタバコ臭い、鹿児島県知事が来る地元の宴会が入っているからと危うく駐車場が無くなるところだった。朝食のご飯は食べ放題だったが、冷えてたのはなぜ？"
