"The beds were really comfortable and cleaning in the room was impressive. The spa was great. A newly built section with a huge jacuzzi and a beautiful sauna was open in the afternoon for adults only, and the other section became adults only in the evening hours. Food was delicious, perhaps a few more vegetarian options would have been good, but it was manageable for the vegetarians in our family. We had a relaxing time."

"The apartment was very comfortable and in a pretty quiet neighborhood.
Everything was good, with a small exception of the bathroom which looked like a first try DIY (do-it-yourself). It didn't do anything to our worsen our experience, however we did feel that the owner will have some water damages in the long run. Also, please secure the sink for future guest.

"1 roll of toilet paper, a/c not cold and apartment stuffy. Very poor communication to get entry code and door key. Stood outside 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to help. They only wanted to send instructions via email as I am standing there with no Wi-Fi or email connectivity. Almost went to Royal Crowne Hotel a couple of blocks down."

Great location and lovely hotel
"A very nice hotel - it's old in style but it's very clean and comfortable. Reception was very helpful and polite when we had an enquiry.
It's a perfect place to stay for a few nights (we stayed for three nights). We caught the bus from the airport and it dropped us one minute away from the hotel, and there are many transport links nearby. I would definitely stay there again."

"Quality hotel in a great location just metres from Metro Central and 200 metres from where the walking tours start.
Fashion Street is at the door and the car free area with shops and restaurants only 10o metres away. Staff were very attentive and helpful."

Comfortable bed, good shower, etc. I wasn’t happy that they wouldn’t give me IHG rewards credit claiming that because I booked through Hotels.com I was ineligible. The Lebanese restaurant food was very good but when I asked for waiter for water he insisted there was only bottled water yet he brought 2 pitchers of water to the table next to me.
