"From checkin to checkout and everything in between - zero complaints. Checkin was friendly, fast and efficient, the room was clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping kept the rooms stocked, clean and tidy. On my first day there I had lost an earring without being aware of it. The next day, there was my earring by the sink - they had found it on the floor and set it in plain sight for me to find. The restaurant staff did such a great job. The service was top notch and they made you feel welcome. After a couple days they remembered your name and room number. Utilizing the pool and beach amenities along the most beautiful beach was a bonus. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. "

"Treated very well by all the staff at Krystal! Spent a full 2 weeks there and had a truly wonderful time! Kudo's to Rafael, Selene, (Both Concierges) and Jaime in the Buffet restaurant. everyday a smile and Spanish lessons with our coffee! Location is second to none by the way in Ixtapa. "What stood out the most for us was the staff, especially the ladies at the reception desk. Our luggage was delayed and from that moment on we felt they were looking out for us. The food was good ( there needs to be a way to keep the birds away from the food at the lunch buffet ) The staff at the two specialty restaurants were excellent as well. It was sad how some guests abused the Brisas club amenities though."
