This property is a gem! It’s on a very quiet beach with amazing food and service. Juan and Eddy particularly stood out as top notch servers. The rooms are huge, also quiet, very clean, and we will return!

The entire Thompson Hotel was excellent. The entire Hotel seems to have been upgraded. We've been staying at the hotel before it was the Thompson and it has never been as nice as it is now. Great management, great staff A wonderful establisment.

The room was very good. We booked the swim up suite. However, it didn’t seem like the pool was cleaned daily. Service in HAO restaurant was good but beach service was very slow and extremely expensive. The beach and location was very nice and most staff except for beach service was very good . For what they would like to be a five star resort and the nightly prices they could up their service game.

This was my third time here and I really love it. It is a small resort on the most beautiful stretch of beach imaginable. Tha staff are very helpful and seem genuine. We thoroughly enjoyed 6 nights at this resort. It was low season and never once had to wait for anything! The staff made us feel so welcome and spoiled.
