Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Ithaca, NY
Didn't keep reservations and tried to blame it on anything but their failure. Would rather argue than make it right. Property was dirty and worn, pool was permanently closed so that's untrue. Avoid at all costs

Best Western University Inn
Staff was great. Room was clean. Beds need updating or toppers. Breakfast needs improvements, not prepared well. Fireplace was nice but it’s on a timer that goes off way too fast.
