The motel was exactly what I needed; a bed and a bathroom and I didn't have to pay the crazy prices the surrounding hotels were due to local college graduations and move-out.

Simple, dated rooms but more than adequate. Everything we need for simple, short stay. Everything was clean, well cared for and smelled fine. Check in was quick, easy with pleasant, friendly check in staff. Good value for the money. All the basics and located near the county seat so an interesting town (Cortland) with msny dining options.

Motel looked a little sketchy, run down and surrounding area questionable but rooms were clean and comfortable enough. Amenities were cheap (soap, shampoo/conditioner combo in tiny packages) and towels small but our stay was fine for the one night and close to Cortland campus. Family run, nice and accommodating.
