"A beautiful hotel in the heart to Paris close many sights to see. Comfortable rooms but somewhat small, typical for older hotels in this area. Highlight is the lap pool and sauna. Metro or bus close by to nearly anywhere in Paris. "

Modern, high tech, convenient, beautiful, efficient, very friendly, comfortable like a home, intuitive to every need, logical and simple controls of some very nice features not found in most hotels. After staying at CitizenM, I don’t think I can stay anywhere else. From iPad mini control of every room feature, seamless control from you phone to auto light and shades, cool colors, to prompt delivery of delicious food to a special night cap of the best chocolate lava cake with French vanilla ice cream. You have to stay at CitizenM Bravo!"
"The room wasn’t as maintained as it should be for the price. Stained and ripped carpet and the staff didn’t refill the body wash. Staff didn’t inform us that we could have free tea/coffee each day, we didn’t find out until our last day. It’s very accessible to public transit (bus, train, metro, taxi), and in turn, there’s a noticeable amount of homelessness and beggars going up to the street side restaurants to beg for money. Front desk staff was very courteous and multilingual (English, Spanish, French). "

Our room was great—plenty of space, good storage and a comfortable bed. The location is ideal—walking distance to Notee Fame and the Louvre, and close to great dining options as well as the Sorbonne.
