The hotel is comfortable and works well for a city stay. On the downside, the single beds felt a bit too firm for my taste, and the carpet cleanliness could be improved. Aside from that, everything was fine, and I would recommend it for its location and practicalit"

"The AC in the room kept it at the cooler temperature I like at night. The drinks and food in the lobby restaurant/bar were very good, but I would have liked a rooftop bar with a view - similar to the 81st floor bar in the hotel across the street. The restaurants on the 11th floor of the Lotte Dept. store provided several reasonably-priced options for dining. It was convenient having 3 phones in the room. There was a gap between the bottom of the entrance door to the room and the carpet, so some noise carried through from the hallway - not a major issue, but it did wake me up."

"The staff were very friendly and kind. Staff always made us feel welcomed. The room was clean and a bit small but perfect if you don’t plan to be in the room all day. The hotel has a WOWPASS kiosk in the lobby which was perfect for money exchange when needed. The hotel is right next to multiple restaurants and convenience stores and 3 minutes from City Hall bus station. Overall, highly recommend."
