The room was very clean. Staff tried to tell us tours immediately upon check-in and were upset that we had already booked tours. Not super helpful with directions or other things.

Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class
The room was spotless and filled with necessities-shoe polish, coffee and tea and even a minibar. The cleaning lady was available throughout the day and very obliging. I cannot say enough about the reception. They made sure I was comfortable and they arranged for tours and answered questions.

Very good location to visit main attractions of the city. Staff is very generous and friendly! Highly recommended! The rooms are a little bit old but everything seemed well maintained.
