It is a very very small room. There is no space to go from a side to to another. No way that this room costs 139$ in Istanbul. I got sick because I can not stop the fan the night.

They asked for a deposit after checking us in without mentioning this upon reservetion and when we refused to pay thet refused to return our money and told us thay we paid for expedia not them. The girl on reception was so inpolite and unfriendly

El hotel es limpio y muy bonito, la atención de la recepción muy poco profesional los chicos veían una película a todo volumen sin importar los huéspedes, su presentación era deplorable nada profesional, las habitaciones tienes paredes muy delgadas por lo que a las 2 am tuvimos que marcar para que callaran a los huéspedes adyacentes ya que podíamos escuchar sus gritos y platicas como si estuvieran en nuestra habitación, tiene públicas en expidia mezclada con otro hotel por lo que la publicidad es engañosa, esta situado cerca de la parada de autobuses que te llevan al aeropuerto por lo que es muy conveniente y cerca del metro de taksim, la calle como en todo taksim es sumamente ruidosa ya qué hay bares y restaurantes alrededor por lo que probablemente no dormirás muy plácidamente porque escucharás uno que otro ruido de las calles y peleas, pero en general es una calle que se podría decir tranquila

Lavobo ve duş giderleri tıkanmıştı. 3 günlük tatilin 2 günü boyunca onla uğraştık. Sürekli her yer göl gibi ıslak oluyordu. Onun dısında dus başlığı bozuktu su gelmiyordu. Zor duş aldık. Oda ve imkanlar fotograflarda gördügümüzden biraz farkliydi. Zaten yogunluktan dolayi bizi 4 yıldızlı tuttuğumuz otelden alıp butik otellerine verdiler ( sözde daha güzel diyerek ). Çokta iyi degildi. Özellikle rezervasyonda french bed olarak belirttigim halde, çift kişilik yatakları kalmadığı için, 2 ayrı yatak verdiler. Bu zaten büyük bir eksi benim için. Yatakları ne kadar birleştirsende ortası kayıyor ve düşüyorsun. Hergun temizlik vardı. Bu güzeldi.

Hotel look good on pictures but in live is not so new. Staff are welcome they give me early check in and I appreciate ed that. Breakfast must be just a little bit more and more employers not just only one. Waiting for coffee and everything so long. Room are clean. Location very good nerat to Havabus bus who is going to airport directly. Ticket is 18tk. In the end I will give 8 in total.

You get what you pay for - a tiny room with a tiny bathroom and very basic facilities. I would recommend booking a twin room (2 beds) because it’s a bit larger. The location is very good and the staff is friendly. Do not book if you’re arriving late because you may get the worst room in the hotel: even tinier, on top of the restaurant, no windows, full of humidity and with the air conditioning motor on top! We got this room in one of our two stays and had to pay for another hotel on that night because it was impossible to get some sleep there with that noise. If you’re not the last one to arrive and get a normal room in the main tower, you’ll be ok - you’ll get a budget small room, but fine for one or two nights if you don’t plan to spend much time in the room. BTW, this hotel has the smallest lift I’ve ever seen (max 2 people with a small suitcase each). Didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment.

Hotel was good value for money given it’s location. Room size was fine. Breakfast is very poor and for sure rooms and bath room can benefit from some maintenance services. I would think again before staying there another time.

Kötü rezervasyon sitesi, kötü hizmet..

Otelin konumu iyi ancak caddeye bakan odası fazlasıyla cadde gürültülü. Otel eski, eskimeye bağlı olarak yıpranmış ve kötü görünüme sahip. Oda, yemek servisleri temiz değildi. Kahvaltı saatlerce beklemiş sıcak olması gerekenler sıcak değil, soğuk olması gerekenlerde soğuk değildi. En kötü tarafı da Hotels.com adresinde otopark hizmeti görünmesine rağmen otoparkı bulunmaması. Bu durumu otele söylediğimizde bu otel rezervasyonu yaptığınız siteden kaynaklı olduğunu söyleyerek çözüm bulmadılar.

Good hotel in Taksim

Stayed in Nova Plaza Taksim for one night between April 8-9,2019. A very good hotel located at the central part of Taksim. Whats nice about the hotel is its accessibility, convenient location, you have a lot of shopping in and around the hotel and lots of restaurants to try. The staff was very nice and welcoming and helped us with a smooth check in.

Room very small, that I can beraly walk. I travel to Istanbul every month but This will be my last visit to this hotel. In addition, the bed is uncomfortable. I had back pain from the mattress.

The room was really small. It was Taksim Square so it was noisy. They gave bottled water and tea and coffee packets on the first day. When we asked for replacement tea and water the next day, they wanted to charge us. It is free only on the first day. They did not replace the shampoo and the soap after it was finished. We stay 4 nights at the hotel.

الفندق موقعه رائع و الامان فيها عالي لكن الفندق اقل من عادي والغرفه صغيره و السرير غير مريح و النظافه متدنيه مجرد ترتيب دون نظافه والفطور اقل من عادي و ما يكفي كل الناس
