"Our family enjoyed this hotel very much. We booked for 6 nights. We we really liked was great location and wonderful staff like Feride who was so nice to our family. The hotel also has nice swimming pool, sauna, steam room and hammam. Walking distance to Taksim Square, transport link and main shopping street. Breakfast can be improved. Fruits and salads nice and fresh and you can order omelettes. We recommend "

"This is the first time that I’ve stayed at a hotel inside the security zone at an airport. It was a great experience. We arrived late from Italy, walked from our gate to international transfers, went through the screening process, and then walked to the Yotel-air. The staff was helpful and within 35 minutes of arrival we were in our room. It is a small yet quiet and convenient space with all the necessities to grab a few hours of comfortable sleep before traveling on your way. The have a direct connection to the flight schedule on the tv in your room and you can ask the staff for the amount of time it takes to walk from the front desk to your gate. We had about a 10 minute walk. So we rolled out of bed with enough time to grab a coffee and arrive at our gate just as boarding began—it was a win all around!"

"The breakfast was great, as always. A great selection of food. The only thing is I have a problem with walking. The airport is close but not easy for me. In my recent stays at the hotel, I was privided with a hospitality car to the airport but I had to get a taxi. I may look for another hotel which provides this service. Overall a wonderful stay."

"The hotel was super traditional, and our room was spotless. The staff was really helpful and friendly too. Everything, like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, was just a 15 minute walk away. I had issues with my mobility, so I wouldn't stay on the European side. It's very hilly. The tram was quick and easy to use to get to places. Make sure you have enough data during your stay."

"I had an amazing 3-night stay at Swissôtel The Bosphorus in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room was incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after long days exploring the city. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, and it was great that almost all of them spoke English, which made everything seamless. A special thank you to Öznur in the Executive Lounge for her outstanding service—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her manager, Emre, was also incredibly friendly and attentive. I also opted for the breakfast package, and it was absolutely worth it. The breakfast selection was fantastic and a great way to start each day. Overall, a top-tier experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul."
