"A great and very comfortable place to stay for a layover or a couple of days in Addis. The hotel and rooms present very high-end and are spotless and comfortable. The staff were a little aloof and not engaging ... but also not rude, just a neutral experience with the staff."

"The Hotel shuttle did not meet me at the airport after I made arrangements 3 hours earlier. I called the hotel after waiting in the shuttle pickup area and no one answered. I was overwhelmed by the thin air in heat and I end up taking a taxi to the hotel and my fare was $2000 bir. I am requesting that the hotel reimburse me of the fare . The toilet did no work the next morning. Hotel cleanliness was exceptable."

"They said they had free sauna and steam service but after booking they said they only have it free early in the morning. Breakfast wasn’t interesting. Customer service was poor. They don’t pick up their phones when they are called for information. Did some unnecessary questioning and said that we didn’t pay when clearly they were paid. "
