"The location was great and the staff was wonderful. The shuttle service was on time and the staff accommodated our need to have an earlier breakfast. There was no air conditioner so the windows had to be open for fresh air which made for loud street noises into our room. The tv had few Chanels and I never found an English one. The shower had no door so the water went onto a lot of the floor. The rain head shower was broken and water poured out one of the sides. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety and nicely presented. "

"The room did not have the described amount and type of bed. It was meant to have a queen and a king bed. However, as there was only one bed, they put a single bed in the living room after we complained about the discrepancy. "
