"The hotel was beautiful and staff fabulous. Although the hotel doesn't have its own car parking, it does offer the ability to park nearby. However, we couldn't park in the temporary spaces provided a couple of streets away to enable us to drop off our bags before moving the car to the parking. We therefore took the option to park in a free car park about 5 minutes walk away.
The breakfast was brilliant with cooked to order items as well as cold buffet, all of which were very fresh and varied.
We would very much stay here again"
"Very nice hotel, but rooms are looking dated now, not 5 star at all. Some staff were great, others not very good, and are not allowed to do certain things. Stayed at the Viceoy last year in Loulé, another level in terms of rooms. Overall, nice holiday and some good things about the hotel, but not 5 star in my view. Also lots of building work going on, so take your earphones if you don’t like diggers…"
"The only thing we thought could be improved was the buffet evening meal, there were not many choices and for €28 thought it was a little overpriced. We are not fussy by any means but with a choice of only salmon kebabs & lamb chops thought it was a bit limited. Apart from that the breakfast was good and lot's of choices. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again."
