"This place is a great balance between all inclusive resort and city life. A few minutes away from all the cool bars, restos and shops. The beach is seaweed-free and the sand is beautiful. The service is great! We especially loved Axel at the beach, Samuel at the pool and Michel and Jesus at the reception. Everyone was super helpful! I would suggest taking the transportation with them from and to the airport, it was seamless. The only thing I would say is that the wifi is not always great. My boyfriend and I needed to work a little on the trip and it wasn't alway easy, but it worked. I would overall recommend and I would stay there again if I visit Isla Mujeres again."

"This is a solid hotel if you’ve been to Mexico before and know what to expect. My goal here is to give real, practical info. The location is hard to beat—less than a five-minute walk from the ferry. We arrived about two hours early with no expectation of early check-in, but Airan got us into our room at no extra charge. Great start. We booked a king bay view room through Expedia. The lobby is clean and airy, with a small pool behind the front desk—cool (not warm), but perfect after a hot day. Ask for a pool towel. The room was clean and modest, with minimal seating but functional. The mini fridge was very cold (froze our drinks—win). The balcony is small but usable, with a great bay view and a peek at Centro. Sliding doors block street noise well. Storage is solid with a closet, drawers, and counter space. Outlets are only on one side of the bed, so bring a charging brick. The bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower; pressure mainly supports the rain head and hot water can vary. Towels are a bit worn but clean, and overall cleanliness was very high. A/C is excellent—muy frío. This is not a new hotel or a resort—no frills, no breakfast—but the staff is friendly and sweet. No coffee in the room, so plan ahead. Smart TV included. At times it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, which added to the charm. "

"Overall great experience! Staff was very pleasant. The amount of children at resort was a bit much at times but that’s not the fault of the hotel rather the parents who were non attentive. "

"Staff overcharged us after they "lost" our Expedia booking. Staff repeatedly attempted to charge us for extra money, claiming they forgot to add certain fees. We walked into our room to find a strange man going through our luggage. Breakfast is not included regardless of what Expedia may say. "

"Staff unfriendly and rude, food and drinks would take up to and hour to get and if you ask, staff would get mad at you! Extremely limited food options at only one restaurant with 2 menus (italian-mexican-italian-mexican) Pool water cold. No music all day and no any kind of entertainment, everything is closed at 10pm. Beach small and overgrown with weeds. Towel shortage in the room and beach. "

"I booked through Expedia and paid in full or so I thought. At check-in I'm told there is a environmental fee right then. Nothing about that was listed on the website about this additional. I don't like being taken advantage of and I think everyone who checks in here is. If it's a legit fee why not have it in your booking or forewarn of it in the listing? As for the room it was big and air conditioned. The water in the sink and shower is salty due to it being right on the beach. And the toilet only flushed half the time."
