No warm water, hard as a stone bed, not even a blanket. No towels in the room at 8 pm. Very noisy hotel. Been in Holbox 3 times. There are better hotels with the same price.

The hotel was nice. I did not have any towels during my 2 night stay. The pool was out of service. The owner was very nice.

It’s so close to the ferry and super easy to go to everywhere just walking. I didn’t use bike or club car.

a walk in the mud

you can hear everything in the halls rooms are small, beds are hard, im ok with that, Holbox does not have streets of asphalt, it is rainy and you will get the place dirty w/mud, but the beach is wonderful,

Great location, lacking basic amenities

The hotel was decorated beautifully and the staff were very kind. However, there were no towels in the room, only sheets (no comforter) on the bed, and the hot water was very sporadic. The pool was also not available due to water problems. The beds were very uncomfortable as they were hard as rocks. It was in a favorable location though and it was a quick walk to the ferry, beach, and centro.
