"Rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly. The staff did an amazing job of keeping the public areas very clean. Only issue I had was I wish there were restrooms by the main theater and main lobby area. It was a far walk to the one by the steak house restaurant or having to walk all the way to the sports bar area when watching a show. Otherwise me and my friends loved the resort and are already talking about coming back. "

"This was my first visit to a Princess Hotel. Boooed 48 hours before arrival due to the disaster that happened in Jamaica Check in and concierge service was friendly and very helpful. I travel as a wheelchair user. Accessibility for my wheels around the resorts was brilliant. Entrance to the swim up rooms would have been difficult for me due the the lack of handrails to make the first step down on to the platform where the handrails began. Obviously this would not concern an able bodied person. Luckily we were given a jungle view room which for us was fantastic. We were in 5015. We list peaceful and serene vies All the restaurants provided excellent food and dining experiences. We found the Asian restaurant to be too loud for us. We had sushi in the main buffer. "

"Our first time staying here, we loved chatting with the members and hearing about years past, many return guests here. Nice rooms and decent food. A well priced quiet vacation to relax. Beachfront isn't the best we have seen but we still seam. The resort had recreated large sand dunes as a break water to protect the erosion of their beach. There is a very quiet area of sea to float, swim or soak. Easy to get around with mobility issues. Drinks are the slushy kind and okay. Great ocean views from restaurant. Great for relaxing quiet vacation. "
