"This is a great option for someone looking to have some quiet relaxation, as well as opportunities to let loose and have a great time. Misael is an amazing bartender! He makes such great drinks and is a joy to be around. Eduardo on the entertainment team keeps things fresh, exciting and engaging. The restaurants are amazing with absolutely delicious food, but if you need a snack in the evening don’t hesitate to go see Guadalupe at McJestic. He is making incredible food, you just need to make sure you ask him for the “special quesadilla”. It was an amazing trip and we will be coming back!"

"We stayed for a week with my husband for our post marathon quiet, relaxing vacation. We loved how big is the beach, and how long you can walk along the beach to both sides. Water is clean and no seaweed. There are palm trees on the beach that provide shade. We had a nice room with partial ocean view and we loved that it was very quiet so we could relax and enjoy our vacation. Room was cleaned daily and we loved the service. Hotel design was simple, but we loved all the staff of the hotel. Everyone was so nice and attentive to us. Restaurant food was good, a little bit less variety of food than in other RIU resorts we stayed. Gym was open since 5 am. If you are runner, your running option would be most likely a treadmill, since beach sand is a bit too soft or run on and there’s not much territory to run around hotel. And at security points they have a few streets dogs, as well as on the beach we saw about 5 dogs walking together which is a bit scary. When we brought up the street dog’s situation at the checkout they said it’s not their dogs and they can’t control it. Which may influence my future decision to come back to that hotel or not. Lots of mosquitoes everywhere and it doesn’t look like they do anything about it like in other RIU. Overall it was a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay. "
