"Marco, Guen. I can't believe how kind these staff can be! They are welcoming, wanting to be friends, and so helpful from the day 1 to the last day. My girlfriend and I stayed for three days (very short trip), but because of their hospitality, we enjoyed 200% at Vila del Palmar. I hope they get the credit for what we've experienced! Room was clean, view was just phenomenal and people were just smiling, laughing and enjoying the moments there."

"It was a beautiful resort. Some upkeep of the property is required, esp by the family pool area. Food was excellent! Great place for families and adults. Bathrooms could use some ventilation. "

"Excellent resort! The staff was lovely and super helpful. The food was decent. Some foods were great but other foods were very Americanize which I did not care for but it was good for others. I loved the mexican food. There was a wide variety to choose from. There were even vegetarian options for the mexican and non-mexican food which was also great. I would definitely be coming back. The entertainment was great for all ranges of adults. They had Kahoot, karaoke, live band and many more. For the younger crowd, they offered a free shuttle to an all inclusive parties at another RIU resort nearby. I went to the Pink Party and it was well orgnized, fun and pretty to look at. They face painted guests with prettt pink designs as well. "
