TRS Coral Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"The property is absolutely gorgeous. All the restaurants at night are 5 course meals and absolutely delicious. The butler assistant is much more helpful than I expected it to be. My butlers, Benji and Jimmy, are 11/10. They helped me plan my proposal and everything was kept a surprise it went amazing and they added their own special touches to the room and proposal plans. Even went in their free time to get flowers in Cancun to surprise my fiancée with. When I come back they will be my specific butlers that I ask for."

Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Loved the design and aesthetic of the resort. Staff was friendly and helpful. What we didn’t care for was between 4p-6p you can’t get food- anywhere! All of the restaurants are closed. Ocean Burger never opened at all and they seemed to be short of staff. Let me also add this is a new resort and only had approximately 35% occupancy so that may be the reason. I would definitely go back and highly recommend!"

Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres - Adults Only All Inclusive

"My stay at Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres was magical indeed. The beach felt private and the resort location was fantastic (approx. 40 minutes from Cancun airport). small hiccups: -My first room was a pool view jr suite, and I encountered 3 small cobweb spiders near the headboard. The following day, the front desk moved me to a Rooftop terrace with private pool jr suite that I thoroughly enjoyed. -Spices Restaurant- the food was underwhelming and I had an uncomfortable exchange with the host. I didn't have a collared shirt on but was wearing pants and a generally upscale/expensive outfit. A big "to-do" was made about the dress code despite the restaurant being almost entirely empty. That said, a manager quickly came over to grant access and apologized. Food: - The Kitchen table- breakfast buffet was incredible- Fidel is amongst the best waitstaff I've ever encountered, and he rocks. - Tipicio- street tacos were *insanely* good and Agave was above-average. - Oregano- was reasonably good for an AI resort - The Sports bar & grill - Yareli, Antonio, and Eduardo made my stay magical. They genuinely provide personalized and exceptional 5-star level service. Antonio also makes a mean sweet tea, and serves up a great burger with loaded fries -Chocolate bar- Heck yes, this is as great as it sounds -Lobster house- Great lunch and well rounded food - Erick was exceptional Room: the rooms are clean, modern, and 5-star with comfy bedding and gorgeous bathrooms. A+"

"We went from may 19-25 the property was fantastic a lot restaurants and different options for lunch one thing I will recommend book your restaurants once you get to the hotel because other wise you will have to eat were the they have availability all restaurants are really good we tried Union,Lotus,Caracol and Filia the Italian and try to book early 6-7 so you see the night time entertainment beach is decent but really close to the beautiful waters of Playa Mujeres our stay was really good very safe place the resort for me is 100 % recommended and I will go back in the future thanks for your amazing work to SLS team in keeping your guests happy"
