"Loved the ocean beach. Servers came frequently to ask your beverage orders and fresg coconut water from the husk. Rooms were cleaned daily & fresh towels were plentiful at the beach. Loved the swim bars at the main pool. Excellent services to throughout my 5-day stay June 2026 at Playa de las Mujeres at Excellence Hotel in Punta Sam, Mexico. Staff was very accommodating and courteous."

"Our stay at Catalonia Grand was absolutely exceptional. As a family, this was our very first all-inclusive resort experience with our children, and it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beauty of the resort, the immaculate grounds, and the attention to detail throughout the property. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and created a truly luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. What made our experience especially memorable was the outstanding service. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to ensure we had an unforgettable vacation. The bar staff was particularly fantastic—friendly, engaging, and always ready with excellent service and a smile. No matter where we were on the property, we felt genuinely cared for. The dining experience was another highlight of our stay. We especially loved the hibachi restaurant, which was both entertaining and delicious, and the steakhouse, where we enjoyed some of the best meals of our trip. The quality of the food, and service was outstanding. As first-time visitors to an all-inclusive resort with our kids, we weren’t sure what to expect, but Catalonia Grand delivered the perfect combination of luxury, relaxation, and exceptional hospitality. The memories we made together as a family are ones we will cherish for years to come. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning our return visit. "Very nice resort. Food was excellent but bad time of the year for beach access. The weather was windy which created rough waves and seed weed. The only complaint I have was the bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable and woke up every morning very stiff. The entertainment was great every night. I traveled alone and felt very safe and met a lot of wonderful people."

We stayed in the preferred club master suite, this room was phenomenal. The food was exceptional across the board, and the service was even better. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. A special thank you to Eddy (morning butler) and Leticia (evening butler), who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out and made us feel like valued guests. "Resort was great, staff was super attentive and helpful. Drinks and food were great. They had a lot of options for my husband who was a vegetarian, and they were very conscious of other allergies as well. My only complaint was with GoMajestic. We booked and excursion that ended up getting canceled, but they did not notify us it was canceled."
