"Rooms, staff especially Alberto and pool staff amazing. The resort is gorgeous! Food, drinks and room service wonderful. There is even black jack in the pool and fabulous aqua fit. Beach is beautiful I am going back in 8 weeks and booking soon "

"We have been to Cancun many times and we have found our place. This place was incredible, the ease and access to everything was very refreshing. The food delicious, the beach beautiful!!! From check in to check out, everything was absolutely effortless. Whoever runs this establishment knows what guests want. The nightly entertainment was extremely fun. We will definitely be back. We were in the sky view terrace and was worth every extra penny. House keeping inquired about our needs daily along with daily check in texts with Krystel our Expedia rep. (Very helpful). Out of all the wonderful things was the staffs eagerness to help and they seemed to love their jobs. Everyone went out of their way to make our trip extraordinary. I could go on and on about the Majestic elegance and cannot think of one thing that I would change. Well done to all and thank you for an incredible experience!!!! We will be back"
