"Very quiet environment without too many tourists around. Some restaurants nearby and the BBQ Ishigaki beef restaurant is around the corner. Overall it is relaxing."
"My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! "
"Overall, our stay at ANA was a delight. Breakfast options were plentiful and upscale (especially the Japanese offering) and service was always friendly and top-notch. My only suggestion would be to have a small section of the pool reserved for adults-only, as I felt the property was more so geared towards children (all three pools) and less towards adults/couples looking to relax. "The most incredible stay at this lovely space overlooking the water. Super friendly staff, clean, tidy and enjoyable rooms. We will be going back one day! "
"The hotel is beautiful and well located on the beachfront. We had a stunning view. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful.
The only thing we were very disappointed in was the poor level of English in the reception area. It was painful and at times impossible to inquire about anything. They have a service app that was helpful with most things but when it wasn’t working or it wasn’t a simple matter and you have to go through reception it is very difficult. "
