Great stay

Nice place for a solo traveller, popular place as it's super cheap. My whole floor was booked and it was quiet the entire time which was great. Convienent with the washer and bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again if I come back to Ishigaki

Nice place, easy to access and close to the main area. Buildings nearby are quiet so really great to stay. Only one thing is the parking lot is small that if you drive a big car, quite a good challenge to this

Nice hotel centrally located in Ishigaki town

We had a great 4-nights stay at the Breakfast Hotel. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of the center of town and ferry terminal yet it is on a quiet street. We didn’t try the breakfast but the free smoothies and coffee were a nice touch.

Snug but comfortable room, modern, clean, well equipped and homey, and located in a nice area. Reminded me of my apartment from when I used to live in Japan. The whisper-quiet multi-function air conditioner was greatly appreciated, as were the various amenities provided by the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Roast beef is so delicious

The hotel was modern, cleaness and kindness. I LOVE roast beef made by Ishigaki gyu as a breakfast buffet. I had never eaten such a delicious one. I wanted to buy it, so I asked a staff, but it is made in own kitchen so I couldn’t. I’ll back soon to eat the roast beef(^^)

Location is good, close to port and all the izakayas and shopping areas while also not being too close. Room is really small for the price paid, it felt smaller than a lot of business hotels I've stayed at despite it costing more. Also not many facilities such as public bath. Cleaning was also a bit annoying. It was meant to be eco cleaning where they clear out bins and replace towels, which is fine, however they didn't clear out the bin at all over the 4 days and didn't take the old towels back meaning I had a pile of garbage and towels left over after 4 days.

The Breakfast Hotel lets you make your own smoothie in the morning. It's a winner for all guests. Overall a great hotel with an open bar for happy hour between 5 and 8pm. A couple of the parking spots could be better for lower ride cars. But generally parking is easy . Be aware of the one way street though! Would happily stay again.

Biggest breakfast buffet ever! Huge variety but don’t expect Western breakfast-it’s got stir fry, noodles, sushi, rice, tacos, salads, ice cream, soups, stews, fruits, meats and pastries. Very fresh and delicious. Also happy hour with free beer and local sake (called awamori). The building is sparsely decorated but the rooms are so clean and functional-ours had a washer, fridge, coffee pot, one burner, full bath, balcony and even robes. Very clean, staff was professional and it’s about a 5 minute walk to the center of town with a bunch of restaurants. Highly recommend.

A bit disappointed this time

I have been staying at this hotel for multiple times every year since a couple of years and my feeling is that the quality is going a little bit down as the amenities are getting old. Beds and mattresses are not of the best quality and I couldn't sleep well this time. More importantly, air conditioning doesn't work properly and is very noisy. I can understand that cheap AC has been installed in the rooms to achieve low prices but it might be good to consider changing them as they get old. Also, one disappointing point this time is that there was no more bread fore breakfast. There used to be a small bread section for breakfast (very limited choice though...) and I was disappointed to see that it was gone this time. Some people like to eat bread for breakfast and usually there is breat in most hotels so it would be great to put it back as breakfast is the selling point of this hotel.
