"Brea"

"Nick and others who worked the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The only negative was not the hotel's staff, but the contracted airport shuttle driver was very rude, he complained about too many suitcases and made a comment "this is a lot of money.", I did not understand the comment at the time but later figured out he was talking about his tip. He put one couple out at gate B who needed gate A. He roughly tossed our suitcases out of the van and then sneered at ten dollar tip like it was not enough. He was also aggressive driving, tailgating, and honking at a car in front of him. 4/3/2026"

"Clean room, friendly service "

"Only stay overnight in between flights. All was clean and quite. Good breakfast before i left with shuttle. Good service overall."

"Stayed here the night before a cruise. Enjoyed a complimentary from the airport, and the breakfast buffet. Ubered to the ship, there was four of us, and it was less pricey that way."

"Lovely hotel "

"We have stayed here several times when we are flying out of DFW the next day. Staff is very friendly...always. The shuttle bus is great about taking and picking us up from the airport. We feel our car is very safe, leaving on property while we are on our trip. Next time we are traveling, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you!"
