"The breakfast was good for the money. The room needed some repairs. The door was definitely not secure. There was a large gap where light from the hallway came through. The latch was not screwed in so it was worthless. The main door lock did not seem secure due to the gap. There was no mirrored closet door. Looked as if it was removed due to the tracks still being there. Was woke up Sat. morning at 5:07am by the beeping of a trash truck. It was in a good lication with plenty of nice shopping and restraunts. I would stay there again but would ask for a room facing the interior of complex not out front by parking lot and street. I would also check out the room before we settled in to make sure everything was acceptable, especially the security of the room door! "

"Pros: nice breakfast with a lot of variety, friendly and helpful staff - gave us more towels as soon as we asked, clean room and exercise room. Convenient location in Tustin & SNA. Cons: next to a busy fwy & windows were not noise insulated - we needed to change rooms as a result; A/C in the room we moved to was really loud. We asked staff to send maintenance but unsure if that happened since nothing changed. Had to sleep w/earplugs (provided free at front desk) but not the most comfortable. Also needs new mattresses."

"The bathroom, specifically the wall inside the door, was not clean. The shower took so long to warm up we almost gave up on even taking a shower. The beds are stiff as a board. Parking is cramped. Bathroom hardware looks self-repaired, as in missing drain stops or faucets sticking out several inches from the wall with messy plaster to cover the holes, extremely noisy exhaust fan, A/C that does not work very well, the mini fridge wasn't very cold. The only thing going for this property is it's low cost, very friendly / kind staff, and generally quiet atmosphere."
