"Building is confusing, but overall a good stay. nothing to make it a five star but nothing to bump it down more. it was just good, but not great. "

"For being a place they know people travel too it was pretty depressing. Hot tub was cold being from minnesota adults were looking forward to that. Hotub jets only two worked. Train tracks directly behind second building which is where they stuck us also on second building were the meth heads and dogs. Dealt with the shower not being able to turn off so had to shut bathroom door to sleep. They only clean if u request and give 24 hr notice. As a father i would never stay here again the good was the breakfast hotel staff and close to gas station knollwood restaurant and jack in the box. Made for easy meals not having to drive far. I give a 2 out of 5 thats being nice cause my kids enjoyed the pool. "

"The room had uncleaned marks on the walls in spaces that should have been cleaned. There was spilled coffee under the mini coffee bar area of my room. "

"Clean room, very soft beds, restaurant staff was extremely friendly and breakfast was good "
