"The first room they gave me still had someone's belongings in there. I assume they gave me someone else's room. They quickly resolved this issue, and the second room was clearly not fully ready to stay in. There were boxes of screws, and the boxes for the alarm system still in the room. The kitchen didn't seem to be fully equiped, and there was no sponge, soap, dishwasher tabs or drying towel. The bedding felt cheap and cold. "Nice hotel located right at the forest. Breakfast was quite good. SPA area was more like a pool area, with a pool divided into a main pool and a small area where you could sit. Water temperature was pleasant for swimming but not for chilling in the pool, where it should have been a few degrees higher."
