This is not a PUS HOTEL

We were so disappointed with this hotel. It is NOT near Aalen. It needs so much work. It looks like it might have been busy at some point but it feels like a ghost hotel. Our room had one small comforter. No towels. No glasses. 2 pillows. A refrigerator that did not work. The washer dryer area for the hotel is dirty and pathetic. The reception area had trash that was not picked up for two days and no Receptionist. There was quite a bit of deferred maintenance on the property. It should not be a PLUS hotel. The breakfast buffet was OK but they mixed the stale day old bread with the new bread.

Es waren Einfach einige Mängeldie das Gesamtbild störten. Am Stuhl die Armlehne Lose,baumelnde Verlängerungskabel,ein schmutziger Schrank Das Frühstück um 9.00 Uhr ziemlich abgeräumt,das könnte man doch noch mal ordnen.Für eine Übernachtung zu akzeptieren

Das Personal war selten zu sehen und dementsprechend zu kontaktieren. Der Zugang zur Sauna war verschlossen. Personal nicht vorhanden. Das Frühstück sehr übersichtlich. Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen.

Das Zimmer war okay,nicht herausragend. Die Bettdecken für diese jahreszeit zu dünn. Wolldecken im Schrank würden helfen. Das Frühstück war auch okay. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum sehr nett. Sonst haben wir niemanden gesehen.

Flot værelse og god beliggenhed. Godt udvalg af friske madvarer til morgenmad og god middag aftenen før. Firbenede gæster er velkomne, og vi havde alle et perfekt pitstop på vejen retur til Danmark fra Italien.

Früher wirklich toll, jetzt leider nicht mehr: das die Halterung für den Duschkopf abgebrochen ist, sollte bei jeder Reinigung der Dusche auffallen, oder diese wurde gar nicht gereinigt, der Schlafsesssel ist optisch verschlissen! Welchen Sinn hat das Hinweisschild, wenn dann trotzdem das Zimmer in Abwesenheit betreten wird?

Wir waren sehr mit der Wahl des Hotels mit der Nähe zu Aalen zufrieden. Die Lage ist optimal, alles war sehr sauber, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was man für ein gutes Frühstück wichtig ist. Die Umgebung bietet unzählige Radwege an. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

:-) Wir haben kurzfristig eine Unterkunft bekommen und sind beim Frühstück satt geworden. :-( Sieht nach einem fast verlassenen Ort aus: Rezeption ist niemals besetzt gewesen. Ehemalige Konferenzräume wurden teilweise beräumt. Seifenspender am Waschbecken leer. Außenanlagen, wie z.B. Biergarten ist am Wochenende geschlossen. Parkanlage verlassen und ungepflegt. Das Frühstück wurde besonders am Sonntag schlecht präsentiert. Wir haben nach fast allem suchen oder fragen müssen. Die Auswahl war eher schlecht, da nur wenige Gäste da waren.

Restaurant lukket en lørdag aften… personalet var stresset og værelset var tæt på at være uhyggeligt. Værelserne mangler en opgradering. Morgenmaden var ok, men igen stresset personale som ikke var klar da morgenmaden startede.

Lett å finne, gratis parkering like ved. Passe stort rom. Lufkondisjinering, men som bråket mye. Måtte stenge av. Det var søppel på badet fra forrige gjester. 8.30 vaskedama prøvd å komme inn med sin nøkkel, veldig ubehagelig og forstyrrende. Greit frokost, ganske plukket bort enda vi kom ved 9.00 (frokost var til kl 10). Det fantes kun hvetebrød og knekkebrød, ingen grov brød.
