"Our stay was one to remember!! From the free "upgrade" that we received upon arrival, to the assistance through out our stay when we happened to catch a little bug while out and about! The amenities were wonderful, while the food choices and availability were also great! Anna at the lobby bar far surpassed my expectations when I asked her to make a 'mint gimlet', even though it was not on the menu, and it was one of the best ones I've had! She is a true mixologist! Angelina who served us at the lobby bar was so kind and pleasant! Always greeting us with a smile, remembering our go-to drink order, and chatting with us while still maintaining professionalism. Anna and Demitria at the front desk were wonderful as well. Assisted us on numerous occasions with various requests, including coordinating a late checkout. Kind, professional, and attentive is the best way to describe them. All in all, majority of the staff on property were very polite, professional, and friendly. Leaving with wonderful memories and already planning a return trip!"

Only complaints: The pillows are ridiculous (bad). The breakfast is great but you are always waiting for coffee. They should have a self serve area. Access to the hotel by car is a puzzle - but all driving in Zakynthos is a puzzle. Best restaurants: L’ete, and Prosilio."
