The rooms are OK though aging a bit with scratches and a few breaks and the hot water is sometimes just barely warm. The penthouse restaurant is very nice with a beautiful view and good

"The Grand Westside Manila Bay is overall an 8/10. There is plenty to be happy with, like the dry sauna and steam room plus the big swimming pool. The staff were all quite friendly and they make sure to have you feeling like someone special. The only real downside is the smell of mildew in the hotel, and the the bathroom drainage gets clogged easily so you might end up with water everywhere. I would stay again if the prices do not get outrageous."
