"The place is a bit difficult to find and the parking is a bit tight. We were quite disappointed upon arrival that there was no staff at reception around 5 pm. We had to use the phone on the counter to call the number stated and a staff came out to give us the key. After a few sentences telling us our room location and breakfast time the staff went off behind a closed door. No help was given to manage our luggage up the stairs. "Stayed here on my last night in jeju after I did an early check out of the another hotel I was in for it not being clean. Not sure why I didnโt book the Grand Josun the whole time, would have made my trip a lot better. Hotel was beautiful and comfortable. I just hooked a standard room and the room size was nice and had everything I needed to be comfortable. Only thing was they charged for a sun-bed on the roof top even in the evening which I thought was a bit strange. And a little nickel and dimey. But besides that would stay again! "
