"Super clean, quiet retreat in a gorgeous hotel. We arrived by train and took a quick taxi up to the beautiful area. The hotel provided bus/tram passes and we utilized them to go into the downtown area. Nice restaurants nearby- nice breakfast in the morning."

"STAFF WERE KNOWLEDGABLE AND VERY HELPFUL, BREAKFASTS WERE EXCELLENT, BEAUTIFUL DINING ROOM, THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, LOCATION WAS VERY GOOD AS CLOSE TO MAIN TRAIN STATION, STREETCARS, RESTAURANTS, TOURIST ATTRACTIONS ETC. YES, I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN."

"The view from the rooms here is truly amazing and a reason to stay on their own. However the service is also friendly and efficient and another great reason to stay. It’s an easy walk to most of the main attractions and you’re also near to the train station. "
"View was absolutely stunning. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were so helpful. We where only there over night but wished we had more time "

Only constructive advice is to make ventilation in bathroom. As traped moisture has consequences. This was family room 214. Everything else very nice. Internet parking, i think even for motorcycle riders they offer secure garage parking."
"I only stayed one night on my way to the Dolomites but would happily go back. There’s a large car park but there’s also an underground car park where I was able to securely park my motorcycle for the night, as did two other motorcyclists and a large group of cyclists. Although the corridors and rooms look a little tired it was all very clean and my room was quiet.
I enjoyed a nice beer before going into the restaurant where the Wiener Schnitzel was excellent, and very large!
All the staff were helpful and my very limited German was not put to the test as they spoke very good English.

"We had an absolutely fantastic at this clean, cozy and welcoming property in a small town just outside Innsbruck. Late checkin was handled easily, breakfast the next morning was terrific, and Igls was gorgeous and walkable. We will absolutely stay again!"
