"Great overall hotel for a big family with kids... we stayed in one of those 2 connected rooms and it [hotel] was perfect for a family... very clean and only 5 min walk to the train and/or bus station (9 min trip to Innsbruck city center)."

"To start with the positives, the service was great and the location was walking distance to the old town. I also thought their top floor spa and deck were really cool. Other than this, I did not love this hotel. The design of the hotel space including the lobby and room felt very basic sort of 70s feel.
