"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "Great location - easy walking distance to most attractions. Room was clean, and good amount of space for 3 adults. Comfortable beds, and good shower pressure. Staff in the hotel were very helpful, and the included breakfast is handy to save on costs. Bern in general is a great central location to use as a base for day trips elsewhere including Zermatt (Matterhorn) and Jungfraujoch."
