"Pokój w średnio - niskim standardzie. Ściany w niektórych miejscach pokryte pleśnią. W cenie pokoju miał być powitalny drink. Jednak ja go nie otrzymałem. Room in middle-low standard. "Nice and family friendly, very central situated. Many shops and restaurants nearby, plus a trainstation and buses for public transportation. Very secure car park, behind closed gates. Great internet connection."

"The apartment has a prime location in the Yacht Club. I would say the most upscale area in Gdynia. The whole block is at the final stage of construction and the potential is huge. The balcony is spacious and the view is just stunning. One can tell that this is an apartment designed for rentals and rentals only.
