The hotel it self Need to be shut down and remodeled the smell was horrible the room was a mess needed worked on a lot just a horrible place to stay with kids not safe and the Environment with all the cats for the price was ridiculous and I still Haven’t got my deposit back yet from the room I will never visit again nor do I recommend anyone to stay here EVER

This was the filthiest place I ever been in my life… the room was not clean, smelled like an ashtray, seen mouse droppings, garbage was piled up by all the exits, and it was the creepy to were it felt unsafe… Please do not stay here if want a SAFE and CLEAN place to stay… it was so bad I left to find another room… The Royal Inn was a ROYAL pain in my @$$

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at using Hotels.com. It was roach invested and the sheets on the bed were not clean. I highly recommend that Hotels.com remove this hotel from your website. I am a business woman and me and my organization were very disappointed with the service, cleanliness of this hotel. They treated me as if I was this homeless low income customer. I respectfully ask that hotels.com refund me my money for the stay at this hotel and compensation for the inconvenience. I left my clothes and computer equipment in my car and slept in the chair that was in the hotel room to ensure that roaches would not get into my luggage nor my computer bag.
