"Clean room, kind front desk staff"

"The staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean but small with 2 full size beds, not Queen. Very small fridge and small tv. The Deep restaurant on the property had decent appetizers but the entrees were not great. The drinks are not the best either. Luckily there are plenty of other spots to eat at near by with great drinks. Overall we had a nice stay at this location. Be aware no gym, but does have an inside bar that's open until 2am with live music and 2 outdoor pools. "

"We are a party of four. Our cruiseship arrived in the morning and we disembarked at 10:30 am. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, we were expecting to just check in our luggages until the 3:00 pm check in time. To our surprise, there was a room ready for us so we were able to drop our luggages into the room and then, we were able to go out in peace knowing that we could stay out and not have to worry about returning at 3:00 to check in. We were impressed by how friendly the lady at the desk was. When we returned in the evening, she welcomed us back and told us about the free shuttle bus back to the airport. However, we were surprised that there were no cups provided in the rooms to brush our teeth and if we wanted cups, we’d have to go to the lobby to get them. "
