"Fantastic location. Easy to get to all the main locations in Edinburgh. Extremely helpful staff. Really appreciated the grab and go breakfast option for the day when I had an early tour start"

"Friendly , helpful staff. Stayed 2 nights prior to flying home from Edinburgh. Our only problem was that the shower sprayed onto the floor no matter how hard we tried to protect it. Not a big deal for us, but created extra wet towels for staff. Excellent breakfast, but need additional coffee service as the line was sometimes long to use 2 coffee machines. Coffee urns for regular and decaffeinated pre-brewed could solve this problem. Beautiful renovated restaurant/ bar with very attentive staff. Loved it!"
