"Lovely quiet hotel within walking distance of all the shops and culture of Edinburgh. Room big and spacious. Sam, the HR manager was excellent, I needed help with something and she was great. Unfortunately breakfast let the hotel down, fruit bowls not filled up, the hot food wasn’t hot, just luke warm, the bacon overcooked and only scrambled eggs on offer. Pity as otherwise the hotel was great."
"Good location, excellent service, and a truly commendable breakfast highly. Rooms very quiet, despite the hotel being in the centre of Edinburgh. The rooms can be a bit on the small side, and having the hand wash basin in the hall is somewhat eccentric."

"Great central location - most sights were about 10-20 min away walking. We booked a small room but the bed was comfortable, beautiful large window with a great view and lovely decor. The downstairs bar/lounge area was super comfy and the perfect spot to grab breakfast, a drink, dessert or play a board game. Highly recommend!"
